Meet The Team: Shanna Camp


Receiving phone calls is a part of most peoples work day. There are, however, some phone calls that make you brace yourself before answering. When Shanna Camp calls, its what we all do, brace ourselves for whats about to come! Whether its, whipping together a rescue team on the spot, creating a proposal in a timely fashion, and by timely, she means within the next 5 minutes, or getting together employee certifications. There's no telling what Shanna might task you with, she keeps us on our toes. Logan Reininger, one of our owners calls her "sticker bush", he laughs and says "She's a thorn in my side, and don't ever get her to plug an address in her GPS for you, lord know's where you'll wind up! But she communicates with the teams and operations. She tries to take care of everyone."


This may sound more like a roasting than a kudos for a job well done, but we all know that Shanna is a mother hen to her customers. She has been part of our sales team from almost the very beginning. Her devotion to making sure clients are happy, pushes all of us to be better. She knows that if the team, Operations and everyone in-between does their job, F.I.R.S.T. will be represented the way she presents us. With a combination of confidence in the company she represents and helpful observations on improvement, she is sure to take care of customers and F.I.R.S.T.


You can always tell when Shanna enters a room, she's relatively small in stature but she's got a big personality. This place wouldn't be the same without you Shanna. We truly appreciate all that you do!

What do you appreciate about F.I.R.S.T.?: "One thing I appreciate about F.I.R.S.T. is how most of us strive to make the company better all the time. I think one strong reason is that each person is hired as an employee, instead of a contractor which makes them feel more connected and in return more likely to do a better job. "

Outside of work what is most important to you?: "My family"
